GROUND CONDITIONS
As no soil resistivity surveys have been conducted on-site yet, our price has been based on the assumption that the ground/soil is hand pickable and, on the resistivity, not being more than 100 ohms per metre at 1 metre deep. Should additional rods or specialised excavating / drilling equipment be required, this will be to your account. No allowances have been made for the cutting or removal of concrete, paving and or any other surface coverings (other than pickable soil), including the reinstatement thereof, these works are to be done by a professional contractor and the costs associated with these works will be for 's own account.

UNDERGROUND SERVICES
We accept no responsibility for damage to any hidden services such as water mains, electrical cables, sewerage pipes, or any other services.

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS TO SANS 62561: 1-7 2012-2018
The materials specified will be manufactured as per PROPSTER or similar certified products which will be in compliance with SANS 62561: 1-7 2012-2018, as per the materials installed in all our projects.

ELPA – EARTHING LIGHTNING PROTECTION ASSOCIATION
It should also be known that the recently launched, above mentioned Association requires, based on our legal standards, accredited companies, designers and installers to be approved by ELPA and are to strictly comply with the SANS Standards. HHK is fully accredited by ELPA.

TEST CERTIFICATE
After completion of the system, a final resistance test certificate (COC) will be supplied.  Wherever possible, suitable personnel may witness and sign the achieved resistance values.

OVERTIME
Should any type of installation require temporary power disconnection, and this cannot be done within HHK working hours due to requirements; additional costs for overtime will be charged.
If , for whatever reason, requires HHK employees to work outside of HHK’s working hours, it will be charged as overtime, and this would be an additional cost for 's own account.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Account Holders: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of progress invoice submission.
Non-Account Holders: A 50% deposit is required upfront. Progress invoicing will reflect the amount of work completed to date and must be settled as per the terms stated on the invoice.
Please reference our Quote Reference number when making payments. Note that Test Certificates will not be issued until full payment is received.
Clients are encouraged to use EFT payments. All fees relating to cash deposits, including bank charges, are for the client’s account.

Order and Cancellation Policy:
By placing an order, you agree to adhere to HHK’s terms and conditions. You affirm that all provided addresses are accurate for the purposes of this agreement. You also grant HHK permission to use your personal information for background screening checks.
If you accept the quotation and later decide to cancel, you may do so within five working days. Beyond this period, a 10% handling fee based on the quotation value will be charged.

Data Authorization:
Consent is given to HHK for the use of personal information, which may be shared with our Attorney for legal collection purposes if necessary.

Interest and Legal Fees:
Interest on overdue accounts will be applied in line with JBCC (Joint Builders Contracts Committee) terms.
In the event of delayed payment, you agree to cover all legal fees and collection costs on an Attorney and own client scale. The business reserves the right to use a National Credit Bureau database for tracing and may record any default on the National Credit Bureau database if the account is not settled promptly.
